What is a Highbanker?
A highbanker is a portable gold processing unit powered by a 12V water pump. Unlike a stream sluice, it doesn't rely on natural water flow – making it ideal for dry locations, slow streams, or when working away from the riverbank.
With a battery and a small water source, you’re fully mobile and ready to work. Highbankers offer excellent material control, high throughput, and precise gold recovery even in the most challenging conditions.
Compact and Lightweight Models – Baby & Light
For backpack prospectors and explorers, we recommend our GoldenShark Baby (10 cm wide) and GoldenShark Light (15 cm wide) models. These units are ultralight, compact, and perfect for test panning or scouting new areas.
Each is equipped with a 12V pump (70 l/min), ensuring smooth, quiet operation. They’re easy to carry and quick to set up—ideal for adventure-ready gold seekers.
Professional Line – Highbanker 200, BigBoy, Maxxx 300
Need more power? Our Highbanker 200 (20 cm), BigBoy (25 cm), and Maxxx 300 (30 cm) models are built from 2 mm thick laser-cut aluminum. They’re lightweight, durable, and field-tested for high-volume recovery.
Each unit includes two 12V 1100 GPH pumps (approx. 140 l/min total), allowing you to process large amounts of material quickly and effectively—even in remote or rocky areas.
For Maximum Recovery – GoldenShark Megalodon
The GoldenShark Megalodon is our top-tier highbanker. With a 35 cm wide sluice, 240 cm length, and a high-output 200 l/min pump, this unit is built for serious work.
Capable of processing up to 5 tons of material per hour, it’s the go-to solution for advanced prospectors who need performance, precision, and rugged dependability in any terrain.
Long & EXT Versions – More Recovery Surface

- Long: Includes an extra extension for over 1 meter of active sluice length.
