GoldenShark Return Policy

1. General Information
At GoldenShark, we care about your satisfaction. If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the following conditions.

2. Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and complete (in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase).
  • Exceptions to Returns:
    • Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
    • Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns.

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Notify Us: Contact us via email at poczta@goldenshark.pl and provide:

    • Order number,
    • Product name,
    • Reason for the return (optional).
  2. Pack the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Send the Product:

    • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you about the return decision.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If the returned product was part of a promotion or bundle, only the value of the returned product will be refunded.

6. Complaints
In case of a defective or damaged product:

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
  3. Once your complaint is approved, we offer:
    • Product repair,
    • Product replacement,
    • Refund of the purchase price.
