GoldenShark Delivery Policy

1. General Information
At GoldenShark, we prioritize delivering your order quickly, safely, and on time. All shipments are handled through trusted courier companies and postal operators.

2. Delivery Costs and Time
The delivery cost and time depend on the destination country, shipping method, and package size:

  • Poland:

    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days
    • Cost: from 22 PLN (courier)

  • European Union:

    • Delivery time: 3-7 business days
    • Cost: from 10 EUR (depending on the country).

  • Rest of the World:

    • Delivery time: 7-14 business days
    • Cost: calculated individually based on the location.

3. Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery options:

  • Courier (DPD, UPS): fast and safe delivery.
  • InPost Parcel Lockers: currently unavailable due to package dimensions.
  • Polish Post: for smaller domestic and international parcels.

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package status on the logistics operator's website.

5. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

6. Personal Pickup
We offer the option of personal pickup:

  • Address: ul. Wolności 22E/UP1, 49-300 Brzeg
  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:

  • Report the problem to the courier upon delivery.
  • Prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.
  • Contact us at kontakt@goldenshark.pl.

8. Returns and Undelivered Shipments

  • If your package is undelivered or returned due to incorrect details, please contact us.
  • If the return is due to customer error (incorrect address or failure to collect), reshipping requires an additional delivery fee.
