Regulations of the goldenshark.pl online store
Admission
These regulations define the terms and conditions of using the online store operating under
at www.goldenshark.pl, the mode of concluding distance sales contracts with the customers of the store,
who are both consumers and entrepreneurs using the services of the online store,
in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services, the Act on the protection of rights
consumers, the Civil Code Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as in accordance with
guidelines from European Union legislation relating to issues in
the regulations set out.
I. General Provisions
1. The owner of the Store is Marcin Micuła GOLDENHARK based in Brzeg (49-300) at ul.
Wileńska 40 / 12A, being a registered taxpayer on goods and services with the number
tax identification: NIP 9691334405 and statistical number: REGON 160222736.
2. Goldenshark.pl is an online store offering the sale of related equipment and accessories
searching for minerals. In particular, the sale includes rinses, screens and specialist
made-to-measure or ready-made rubbers, bowls, sieves, pumps and accessories ready or made to order. Each of
of the above-mentioned categories has subcategories listed in detail on the store's website.
This catalog is an example and is not exhaustive. Possible extension of the store's assortment
will be announced to customers on the store's website.
3. A customer using the Store may contact its owner via mail
e-mail at the mail address Pocztowy@goldenshark.pl or by calling the number 692 027 708.
4. The Seller, via the Store, provides the following services:
1) get acquainted with the assortment of the Store,
2) selling Products,
3) keeping a Customer Account.
4. Technical requirements for the proper functioning of the store:
1) A device with Internet access;
2) A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies;
3) To place an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements set out in sec. 1, it is essential to be active

4) The Customer is obliged to use the Services offered by the Online Store in a manner

II. Definitions

legal capacity and who has placed or intends to place an Order or uses other services of the Store
Internet.
Entrepreneur - a natural person, legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person,
which is granted legal capacity by a separate act, carrying out activities on its own behalf

Store - an online store run by the Seller at the Internet address

www.goldenshark.pl through which the customer can place orders and use
other Store Services.
